About me

I am a photographer, painter, and art educator who currently resides in San Francisco, CA. I grew up spending a lot of time in my mom and grandparents' vegetable gardens, imagining and witnessing the micro worlds created by the bugs, the earth, and our own interventions. I am inspired by the process of change, creation appearing seemingly out of nowhere, growing, and dying only to be reborn again. This alchemy is a powerful aspect of all of our lives, internally and externally, yet we resist its power. I want my work to reflect change, its beauty, its potency, and its potential.
